CryptoAIGPT products and services are owned and operated by CryptoAIGPT (hereinafter referred to as "CryptoAIGPT" or "we"). Before using the Services, please make sure to carefully read and understand this "CryptoAIGPT Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") as well as other related terms, policies, or guidelines of this platform. When you use a specific function of the Services, there may be separate terms or business rules ("Specific Terms"). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. All Terms constitute an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect.

Among them, the CryptoAIGPT Open Platform Terms of Service apply to the use of Application Programming Interfaces (API) or developer tools.

1. Services

1.1 CryptoAIGPT provides products and services through websites, applications, SDKs, APIs, and other innovative formats. These services include platforms with generative artificial intelligence at their core ("the Services").

1.2 The generative AI services provided by CryptoAIGPT are based on large language models trained through large-scale supervised and optimized learning. They can process user inputs ("Inputs") and produce outputs ("Outputs") such as text, code, tables, and more. Users may evaluate outputs to provide feedback.

1.3 As technology evolves, CryptoAIGPT may add, modify, suspend, or terminate services, or run tests on new features. If changes affect your rights, we will notify you through platform notifications or email.

1.4 CryptoAIGPT will take necessary measures to ensure cybersecurity and service stability. For questions or feedback, contact us as provided in Section 10.

1.5 We make no warranty that the Services are available everywhere. Features or functions may vary across jurisdictions.

2. Account

2.1 The Services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, you must use the Services with the consent of a legal guardian.

2.2 Before using the Services, you must register an account with accurate and lawful information. We reserve the right to refuse service if information is false or illegal. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

2.3 When registering and using your account, you must guarantee:

• Accuracy and legality of your information
• Proper security of account credentials
• No malicious or mass registrations
• No transferring, renting, or lending your account

2.4 If you lose access to your account, follow the recovery procedure. You are responsible for losses caused by credential leakage unless caused by our negligence. Report unauthorized use immediately.

2.5 You may delete your account, but we retain the right to store data required by law and enforce obligations related to violations prior to deletion.

3. Requirements and Restrictions

3.1 CryptoAIGPT grants a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services. You must verify the accuracy of Outputs and indicate that content is AI-generated when published.

3.2 You must comply with the Terms and act in good faith. You may not infringe rights, seek unfair benefits, or disturb platform order.

3.3 CryptoAIGPT may use technical means to review user behavior, including reviewing Inputs/Outputs and filtering risk content.

3.4 You may not use the Services to generate or promote content that:

• Is hateful, defamatory, abusive, vulgar
• Bullies or provokes others
• Harasses, intimidates, harms, or threatens
• Discriminates on protected characteristics
• Is pornographic or explicit
• Promotes violence or extremism
• Exploits or harms minors
• Impersonates others without clear "parody" or consent
• Encourages criminal actions

3.5 You may not interfere with, damage, or attack the Services. This includes:

• Network intrusion
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Reverse engineering, scanning, or copying service components
• Any activity endangering the infrastructure

3.6 You may not:

• Use the Services illegally
• Use the Services for dangerous purposes or unethical applications
• Infringe intellectual property or trade secrets
• Copy, rent, sell, or sublicense the Services without authorization
• Harm CryptoAIGPT's interests or violate laws

4. Inputs and Outputs

4.1 You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs. You warrant all rights to the content you submit.

4.2 Subject to applicable law:

• You retain ownership of Inputs
• We assign any rights in the Outputs to you
• You may use Inputs/Outputs for personal use, research, product development, model training, etc.

4.3 With secure processing and de-identification, we may minimally use Inputs/Outputs to maintain and improve the Services. You may disable this via "Improve the model for everyone".

4.4 Outputs may contain errors. They are not professional advice. For medical, legal, or financial matters, consult qualified professionals. You bear all responsibility for decisions based on Outputs.

4.5 CryptoAIGPT may add disclaimers to generated content to clarify its synthetic nature.

4.6 Outputs may reference third parties; such references do not imply endorsement.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 CryptoAIGPT owns all rights to the service (software, models, code, interfaces, trademarks, etc.), except for user Inputs/Outputs.

5.2 Without permission, you may not use CryptoAIGPT trademarks, logos, domain names, or related brand elements.

6. Complaints and Feedback

If you believe your rights are infringed or find violations of these Terms, submit feedback through the platform's "Contact Us" section.

7. Disclaimer, Liability, Indemnity

7.1 These Terms do not affect your non-waivable statutory rights.

7.2 If you violate the Terms, CryptoAIGPT may issue warnings, restrict your account, suspend access, close accounts, or report illegal behavior to authorities. You must compensate CryptoAIGPT for losses caused by your violations.

7.3 Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy, security, or continuous availability.

7.4 Neither Party is liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by intentional or negligent behavior.

7.5 You agree to indemnify CryptoAIGPT for damages caused by your violations of these Terms or laws.

8. Export Control and Sanctions

You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services in sanctioned countries or for prohibited end uses.
